Holiday destination
Enjoy the peaceful location of our place at the entrance of the Ötztal valley. From here, the entire Ötztal dimension opens up to you. In summer, it's the ideal starting point for numerous activities in and around the valley. In winter, the ski resorts of Hoch Oetz, Kühtai, Sölden, and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl are just a short distance away. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach grocery stores, a bakery, a doctor, and the bus stop.
Getting there
By car: - Take the A7 from Ulm-Füssen-Reutte (B314) via the Fern Pass to Imst - enter Ötztal (toll-free). - Take the A95 from Munich to Garmisch-Seefeld-Telfs-Ötztal. - Take the A8 Munich-Rosenheim-Kufstein-Innsbruck, exit Ötztal. Then 4 km to Sautens. Follow the village road towards Tirolerhof/Bärenklause. Just before Tirolerhof, turn sharply left towards Church-Haderlehn. Our house is then directly on the left side.
