Cancellation policy

Cancellation must be made in writing, with the date of receipt being decisive. The following cancellation fees will apply: Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the trip 20% of the rental price, cancellation from 1 - 89 days before the start of the trip or cancellation on the day of the trip 50% of the rental price. The same conditions also apply to cancellations by the owner, unless an equivalent replacement property can be provided. If guests arrive late or depart early due to illness or other reasons, there is no claim for a pro-rata refund.

Surrounded by the MondragÃ³ Natural Park, our holiday home is close to the sea, from where you can reach the sandy beaches of CalÃ³ de Sa Torre, Sa Barca Trenquada, CalÃ³ des Borgit, and the coves of Cala MondragÃ³ and S'Amarador in just a few minutes on foot. From here, you can enjoy wonderful walks, bike rides, and horseback riding excursions. The golf course is about a 15-minute drive away. Porto Petro with its many restaurants is also within easy walking distance.

Wir haben drei Wochen in diesem zauberhaften Haus verbringen dürfen. Es verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern. Klimaanlage und vieles mehr. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr einladend und liebevoll angelegt. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
