Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy:
No cancellation fee if canceled up to 3 months before arrival.
40% of the total price if canceled up to 1 month before the arrival date.
70% of the total price if canceled up to 1 week before the arrival date.
90% of the total price if canceled in the last week before the arrival date.
100% of the total arrangement price if canceled one day before the arrival date, on the arrival date itself, or in case of a "no show".

Deposit:
When making a reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 20% of the total price,
upon receipt of the deposit, we will send you your deposit and booking confirmation.
In case of holiday rebooking, your deposit remains valid for 18 months.
In case of no-show, the deposit will be offset according to the cancellation conditions.
Travel insurance:
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
