Cancellation policy
You can cancel the rental contract in writing or provide a substitute renter. The flat fee damage claim is 10% of the rental price up to 30 days prior to arrival.
In case of a later cancellation, 90% of the rental price will be charged. If I manage to find another tenant for the same period with the same conditions, only 10% of the rental price will be charged.
I recommend you get trip cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The Angelus country house is in Partenkirchen in a quiet residential area.
Near the local bus stop (free with spa card). To the centre of Partenkirchen with the historic Ludwigstrasse, shops and restaurants it is about a 15 minute walk, as well as to the train station, the Zugspitze cog railway, ice rink or Alpspitz wave pool. The "Kainzenbad" natural outdoor pool, the summer toboggan run, sledding slope and Nordic trail are accessible on foot. Hiking or cycling direct from the holiday home.
Getting there
You can reach Garmisch-Partenkirchen on well maintained streets.
By train to IC train station Garmisch-Partenkirchen. By bus or taxi to the holiday home.
