Cancellation policy
If you cancel, we will charge you the following cancellation conditions:
Free cancellation up to 180 days before the start of
the rental 35% of the invoice amount 180 to 60 days before the start of
the rental 50% of the invoice amount 60 to 30 days before the start of the
rental 100% of the invoice amount within 30 days before the start of the rental
Intervillas reserves reserves the right to cancel a booking within 24 hours of receipt of the booking (e.g. in the event of a double booking/simultaneous booking by the Owner).

11.5% sales and tourist taxes are included in the prices
The costs for water and waste disposal that occur during the rental period are included
of the rental price. Energy and telephone costs are not included in the rental price
and will be offset against the fee refund.
The energy costs correspond to the local tariff plus tax.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the total amount is payable immediately
