Cancellation policy
If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, the landlord will claim compensation. The tenant may nominate a replacement tenant who is willing to enter into the existing contractual relationship in their place upon withdrawal from the contract.
Therefore, the following cancellation conditions apply if the tenant cancels the holiday rental:
Withdrawal up to the 50th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Withdrawal up to the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price
From 14 days and in case of no-show: 100% of the rental price.

Holiday destination
From the airport, take the motorway towards Andratx (South) and you'll reach your accommodation in about 25 minutes. Shopping facilities, bars, and restaurants, as well as the sandy beach of Santa Ponsa, are nearby. The golf courses of Andratx, Santa Ponsa, and Poniente are about 5 or 10 minutes away.
You can reach the port of Palma, the cathedral, and the beautiful old town after just 20 km.
Getting there
From Palma Airport, you can conveniently arrive by taxi. The cost is about 60-70 EUR. There is also a bus every half hour to Santa Ponsa. From the bus stop to the house, the taxi fare is only 3-4 EUR. We recommend renting a car from the airport to explore the island, its beaches, and Palma.

Host informationWe are delighted to be your hosts and to share our beautiful holiday home with you. In the spring of 2017, we fell in love with this house and the charm of its garden. Upon moving in, we named the holiday home "Villa Calmatzó." The name is a combination of the word "Calma" (calm, quiet, serenity) and the name of the mountain Galatzó, which can be seen in the distance.

Sehr schöne top saubere Unterkunft. Optimale Größe für eine Familie. Sehr gute Lage, Strand zu Fuß erreichbar, ruhige Umgebung.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist gepflegt.
