We give no opportunity to cancel a booking. You can make contracts of travel cancelation insurance everywhere in the internet. Our houses are booked by groups that organize themselves more than 3 month in advance. normally, we have no groups that decide to come to us within 1 till 3 months.

Holiday destination
The closed ensemble of buildings, a former farm, is situated in the romantic center of a very little village with a pond and a church, easily accessible by car (highway exit: Groß Kreutz or Lehnin A 10 or A 2) or even better by train from Berlin with the RE 1 in 45 min. We have our own orchard with 30 sheep, an extended forrest area, pleasant for recreation and concentrated meetings as well.
Getting there
With train: take the RE 1 (local train) from Berlin or Potsdam.. in 45 min (from Potsdam 15 min) you arrive here every hour!
