    After booking: If you are unable to start your trip, the following cancellation rates apply. The compensation claim is calculated as follows. Cancellation fees for holiday apartments and holiday homes: up to 31 days before the start of the trip: 50 euros cancellation fee. 30 days before the trip: the full payment for the binding booking is retained. 29 - 15 days before the start of the vacation: 50% of the travel price is to be paid. 14 - 0 days before the start of the vacation, or non-arrival: 95% of the travel price is to be paid as a cancellation fee. We will endeavor to find a solution that is acceptable to both parties. You can provide a replacement tenant. In any case, we will reduce the cancellation fee accordingly if a replacement booking can be made for the entire or partial period.

    Holiday destination
    Porto Alabe is a tranquil little town near Bosa and Bosa Marina on the west coast. About 50 km to the airport Fertillia in Alghero, along the beautiful coast road and you arrive in teh resort, where the Sardinians come in the summer for their summer vacation. I have a number of private accommodation (o-solemio.de) in Porto Alabe and environment, so if Domenico is busy, well there is still hope for an alternative! Beautiful beaches invite to long walks on the beach, snorkel, dive, swim in crystal clear water is a wonderful pleasure. Here you will find everything your heart desires a real water rat, and indescribable peace to peaceful nature in the surrounding hills.
    Getting there
    You get a description, how to get to the house after the booking. around the area of bosa, we will welcome you personally by a German and English talking guide. more pictures of the house you will find at on our homepage. don't hesitate to ask your questions. You will receive a more detailed description and will be welcomed on site by our German partner, who speaks englosh too. You can arrive by plane on Alghero (Fertilia), Olbia and Cagliari (Elmas), or by ferry from Porto Torres and Golfo di Aranci

    Wir waren im Mai zum dritten Mal, im Fischerhaus Domenica...... es ist ein Traum. Unbeschreiblich....nachts das Meer hören, in 2 Minuten am Strand sein, Bosa.... ein wunderschöner Ort, ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Und in Porto Alabe gibt es einen kleinen, gut sortierten Supermarkt, mit dem allerbesten Caffè ( Espresso). Vielen Dank Frau Hering, dass Sie uns sogar einen Esskorb organisieren, weil wir meist erst spät Abends ankommen. Ihr Service ist klasse! Und wir waren wieder bei den Schäfern essen. Danke, das Sie uns das ermöglicht haben. Einfach herzlich, köstlich und so sardisch! Reisen mit o-solemio können wir wirklich weiterempfehlen. Und unser Lieblingshaus haben wir für 2024 schon gebucht :-) Herzliche Grüße aus dem Schwabenland nach Bremen, Ihre Familie M.

    Liebe M's, ich freu mich sehr, dass Sie sich so wohl fühlen im kleinen Fischerhaus am Meer! Sie gehören ja jetzt schon fast zur Familie ;-). Es liegt aber auch wirklich zauberhaft! Ich kenne kein einziges anderes Haus, das so nah und idylisch am Meer liegt wie das Fischerhaus Domenica. Und dazu noch die Sonnenuntergänge jeden Abend. Ich verstehe Sie sehr gut! Meine eigene Ferienwohnung "Aquamare" liegt ja im gleichen Dorf, am Ende des schönen Strandes. Es ist - zum Glück - von den Touristenströmen völlig unberührt, gibt auf den ersten Blick auch nicht allzu viel her. Gut so ;-). Auf den zweiten und dritten, bietet sich hier alles, was man für Entspannung und Erholung braucht. Ruhe, Meer, lange Strände, sogar zwei Restaurants und einen kleinen Laden. Dazu Bosa und Alghero in der Nähe... Ich verstehe Sie gut und freue mich auch bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in Porto Alabe. Alles Gute und bis bald! Sigrid Hering

    Hallo Frau Hering, wie versprochen eine kurze Rückmeldung von uns. Nun sind wir schon 10 Tage wieder zurück und würden am liebsten gleich wieder ins Fischerhaus Domenica in Porto Alabe. Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft und der Blick direkt auf das herrliche Meer jeden Morgen auf's Neue wieder unglaublich. Wir haben wenig unternommen, weil einfach alles drumherum so schön war, dass das schon gereicht hat. Einfach auf der Terrasse sitzen mit einem Buch... Oder in den Sonnenuntergang schauen. Herrlich! Wir haben uns bestens erholt Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-) Und vielen Dank nochmal für die Koordination und Ihren tollen, persönlichen Service. Liebe Grüße Sybille und Holger

    Wie schön! Das freut mich wirklich sehr zu lesen! Die Vermieterin hat mir schon erzählt, dass Sie so begeistert waren. Sie hat ja wie üblich ihr berühmtes Tiramisu vorbeigebracht und fand Sie glücklich auf der Terrasse sitzend. Es ist aber auch ein ganz besonders schönes Fleckchen Erde! So einen Blick hat man nur in wenigen Häusern auf der Insel, denn zum Glück wurde es inzwischen verboten, Häuser so dicht an den Strand zu bauen. Entsprechende Neubauten wird es nicht mehr geben. Das ist wunderbar für die Insel, die sich so ihre Schönheit bewahrt und nicht verbaut wird. Umso schöner, wenn man in den Genuss kommt und die herrliche Aussicht mit Sonnenuntergang im Meer genießen kann. Ich freu mich schon aufs Wiederkommen :-). Alles Gute bis dahin!
