Holiday destination
The apartment is located in close proximity to the Lido, which offers small dishes and various leisure activities. There is also a motorboat rental in the neighboring town of Porto Ceresio. Small restaurants, cafés and a bakery for example can be found in the village, extensive shopping facilities are in Ponte Tresa (approx. 5 km away).

Getting there
By car:
The easiests way is to travel by car. Distance from Mainz ist only 604 km. The route from Germany is usually via the San Gottardo or the San Bernadino. Take the exit Bellinzona and the continue towards Ponte Tresa. Only 5 kilometers along you have arrived.
By train:
It is easy to travel to Lugano by train. From there you can either continue by car (25 min) or by train to Ponte Tresa.
By plane:
You can either fly to Lugano (Ch), Bergamo (It) or Milan Malpensa (It). From there a rental car is usually necessary. Alternatively you can travel on by train from the respective airport. But attention the train doesn’t ride to Brusimpiano itself.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick auf den Luganer See bei traumhaftem November-Wetter (15 Grad)
Mit einem herzlichen Empfang von Daniela Priore fing der Urlaub schon toll an. Gemütlich und modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Besonders bei den urigen Holztischen merkt man die Liebe zum Detail.
Jahreszeitlich bedingt waren viele Restaurants u. a. auch im Ort die Osteria bereits geschlossen. Daher haben wir leckere italienische Gerichte selbst zubereitet. Eine Spülmaschine haben wir ein bißchen vermisst. Dennoch konnten wir sehr gut vom Alltag abschalten und bei einem guten Glas Rotwein entspannen.
Ausführliche Tipps zu Ausflügen/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Wohnung in einem Ordner zu finden. Die Tipps würde ich um die Pasticceria Riccardi in Ponte Tresa und den Besuch der Stadt Varese ergänzen.
