Cancellation policy
If the customer cancels the rental agreement for any reason, they are entitled to a refund minus the following cancellation fees. The stated cancellation fees are contractually agreed with the landlord and will be forwarded directly to the landlord in the event of cancellation:
- 15% of the total price if the cancellation occurs within 60 days before the start of the rental period
- 25% for cancellations between the 59th and the 45th day before the start of the rental period
- 50% for cancellations between the 44th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period
- 90% for cancellations between the 29th and the 1st day before the start of the rental period
- 100% for cancellations on the arrival day or in case of no show.
For any variation to the original registration, while retaining the rented accommodation and the rental period, the customer must pay a fee of € 50.00.
