Cancellation policy
If the TENANT cancels or terminates the reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
For cancellations up to 42 days before arrival: full refund.
For cancellations from 41 days to 28 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 27 days to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which the cancellation notice is received (on Sundays or public holidays, the following working day applies). In case of no-show or an unannounced delay, ISTRALINE retains the full amount of the reservation.

Getting there
Key collection at our reception ISTRALINE Travel Agency, Partizanska 4/1, POREČ. The tourist office is open daily from 09:00 to 21:00 during the summer months. Please check in here. Upon presenting your travel confirmation, you will be picked up by the owner of your holiday accommodation or guided to your holiday apartment by a pilot.
