Cancellation policy
A deposit of 50% of the rental price is required immediately upon booking. The security deposit must be transferred together with the remaining 50% of the rental price no later than 6 weeks before arrival. In general:
If canceled up to 2 months before arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price remains payable.
If canceled up to 1 month before arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the rental price remains payable.
The rental price is a flat rate for up to 4 people and pre-approved pets.
Rentals are generally from 25 years of age.
The cancellation fee is waived if a new booking is made for the same period.
Currently, free cancellation is possible up to 28 days before arrival, that is, 4 weeks. Rebooking is also possible.

The holiday home is ideally and centrally located for many activities, 14 km from Alkmaar, 10 km from Callantsoog, 8 km from Sint Maartenzee, 10 km from Petten, and Bergen and Egmond aan Zee are also not far away. Numerous attractions in the area invite you to go cycling and engage in activities. Schagen is a nice little town for strolling. There are 3 beaches in the vicinity (8-10 km) with the most beautiful sunsets. Texel is not far away. The IJsselmeer is also within easy reach.

Gemütliche, kleine Unterkunft in toller Lage und gut ausgestattet ( das einzige was uns tatsächlich gefehlt hat, war eine Spülmaschine ;-) Schöner Garten mit Terrasse und Sonnenliegen sowie mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten. Hinter dem Haus kann man angeln und den schönen Sonnenuntergang genießen.
Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die bei Fragen jederzeit zu erreichen war. Zu den tollen Stränden ca.15 Min.mit dem Auto. Es gibt in der Umgebung jede Menge zu Unternehmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants gibt es in Schagen, ca.5 Min.mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Gemütliches, gut ausgestattetes Haus in Ferienhausanlage.
Große Terasse mit Dach, so dass man Sonne oder Schatten hat und auch bei Regen gut draußen sitzen kann.
Grundstück komplett mit Hecke umgeben, so dass man Privatsphäre hat, wir kamen uns trotzdem nicht "eingesperrt" vor.
Freundlicher und schneller Kontakt zur Vermieterin.
Ich weiß nicht, ob es es durchgehend ruhige Anlagen dieser Art gibt, aber zumindest bis 10:00 war es immer leise.
Gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt an der Anlage (5 min zu Fuß)
