Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the Tenant
If a reservation is cancelled, a cancellation fee will be charged. These amounts apply for cancellations up to 40 calendar days (6 weeks) before the day of arrival at 30% of the total cost, and for cancellations from the 40th calendar day (6 weeks) until the day of arrival, the total agreed cost.
Cancellation by the Landlord
Should the landlord need to cancel a lease due to unforeseen circumstances, the tenant will be informed immediately and within 10 days, the already received (deposit) will be fully refunded. The tenant has no more or less right than to claim back this amount.
