Dieses Objekt ist sehr empfehlenswert, schönes Apartment mit allem ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich und gepflegt, der kleine Garten ist mit sehr viel Liebe und Geschmack angelegt. Einen besseren Vermieter als Franko Brajkovic kann man sich nicht wünschen, sehr bemüht und hat uns sehr geholfen mit Tipps oder Anregungen, falls wir was brauchten, war er zur Stelle . Wir wollen uns noch ausdrücklich bei ihm für den schönen Urlaub bedanken.

Familie Brajkovic hat uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns eine tip top saubere und sehr gepflegte Wohnung übergeben. Zusätzlich durften wir uns über eine Flasche Wein und wertvolle Tipps freuen.Die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung - gerade auch in der Küche. Es gibt an dieser Wohnung wirklich nichts auszusetzen und wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, wo es sehr schöne Einkehr-Möglichkeiten gibt. Die Altstadt von Rovinj erreicht man -wenn man gemütlich geht - in ca. 15 Minuten.
