Our holiday home "By the Sea" is a dream house at the ocean.
It is situated in Breskens, in a prime location at the Droompark Schoneveld. Our house, which has recently been furnished, is an oasis for all generations, but especially for families with children and dog owners.
The completely fenced outdoor area offers a large sun terrace as well as grassy areas ideal for playing, frolicking and sun bathing.
The holiday home features 2 bedrooms, a gorgeous open-plan living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, freezer, drip coffee maker with thermos jug, etc.), and it is perfect for either a family with 2 children or 4 adults. Our holiday home is in the immediate vicinity of the ocean.

Bresken and its surrounding area offer numerous restaurants and bistros, among them even Michelin star restaurants. Fishing expeditions leave from the harbour.
Droompark Schoneveld welcomes you in Breskens in the province Zeeland, only 650m from the beach.
It offers a terrace, a playground, a bowling lane and a restaurant. The holiday residence also provides free parking. There's also an indoor pool.
At the Droompark Schoneveld, you can relax in the sauna.
A convenient transport connection via motorways and highways makes the trip easy and uncomplicated.

Delay in payment, withdrawal, cancellation and interruption of stay
If the renter defaults on payment, if the renter withdraws from the contract or if the renter cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period, without naming a new renter who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following prorated rents (less ancillary costs & visitor's tax) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the spared expenses, in addition to a processing fee of EUR 50, insofar as it is not possible to rent out the property to another lessee:
-up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 10% of the rental fee
- up to 35 days before arrival: 40% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental fee
-up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental fee
otherwise (less than 14 days before the rental period begins): 100% of the rental fee
3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full. A cancellation must be made in writing (email accepted). The date when the notice is received shall be deemed the effective date.
Please note: You need to bring your own bed linen and bath & kitchen towels!
