Cancellation policy
We kindly ask for your understanding when we require a booking deposit (down payment). The booking deposit will be retained as compensation in case the service is not utilized.
Consumer protection: We refer to the legislative provisions Art. 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code GvD 206/2005.
Written cancellations up to 60 days before the start of the holiday will incur a charge of 50% of the overnight price, and within the last 14 days, we will have to charge 100% of the overnight price.
Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, we reserve the right to charge for the entire booked stay.

Getting there
From the Mebo (expressway between Merano and Bolzano), take the Lana exit, heading towards Postal. Where the Romstraße branches off, turn left towards Merano. Follow this road until you see the restaurant "Hidalgo" on your right. Just behind the restaurant (before the bus stop), a path turns off to the right; follow it for another 50 meters and you will reach "Appartements Pension Sonnleiten" and thus the Anna apartment.

Wir können nur empfehlen hier Urlaub zu machen! Die Ferienwohnungen sind groß und sehr sauber. Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung Heidi. Man findet alle alltäglichen Dinge die benötigt werden in Küche oder Dielenschrank.
Der Pool ist toll und es gibt genügend Liegen. Für nicht so schönem Wetter steht der Kicker und die Tischtennisplatte überdacht zur Verfügung.
Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten an der Etsch an der man toll entlang laufen oder mit dem Rad fahren kann.
Familie Locher ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
