Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following prorated rents are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved and the loss of profit, insofar as it is not possible to rent the property elsewhere:
Cancellation
up to 49 days before the rental period: 10% of the rental price
up to 35 days before the rental period: 30% of the rental price
up to 21 days before the rental period: 60% of the rental price
up to 14 days before the rental period: 90% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental period) 100% of the rental price
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee.
3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is authoritative.

Holiday destination
The street 'Am Sonnenhang' ends in a cul-de-sac, which makes the house a very quiet location. Nature lovers will get their money's worth in this area. If you want to explore the nearby surroundings on foot, the path through the forest to the Heimbacher reservoir with the Art Nouveau hydroelectric power station or the Rursee lake in Schwammenauel with Rursee boat trip are ideal. Heimbach with its outdoor pool, Hengebach castle and art academy is only 3 km away.
Getting there
A 61 (Köln-Koblenz) from the south
to autobahn junction "Bliesheim" - towards Euskirchen (A 1) - exit "Zülpich" - B 56 past Zülpich - B 265 towards Schleiden - in Vlatten turn right to the national park town of Heimbach (L218). In Heimbach, take the L 218 through the town centre straight ahead to the roundabout, then take the 3rd right towards Hasenfeld. Continue straight through Hasenfeld until you reach the chapel, then turn left into Brementhalerstr. At the end of Brementhalerstr. turn left into the street "Am Sonnenhang". The holiday home is the second to last house on the left side.
or take the "Swisttal-Miel" exit - B 56 towards Euskirchen - Zülpich (after Euskirchen take the A1 motorway for a short distance and then exit immediately) - pass Zülpich - continue as described above.
or A 61 (Köln-Koblenz) from the north, exit "Erftstadt" - B 265 direction Zülpich - pass Zülpich - continue as described above.
or A4 (Aachen/Cologne) from the west, exit "Düren" - B56 towards Düren. In Düren drive towards Nideggen - through Kreuzau and Nideggen to Heimbach. In Heimbach at the roundabout turn right towards Hasenfeld - continue as described above.

Die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieterin und Familie fing schon bei Anreise an. Wir durfen früher ins Haus und bei der Abreise konnten man sich auch Zeit lassen.
Dank des tollen Herbstwetters war das Ferienhaus der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unsere wandereichen Tagesausflüge. Nach der ein oder anderen Rückkehr haben wir und unser Hund uns auch über die leckeren Zuwendung unter anderem in Form von Gebäck/Keksen gefreut.
Das Haus bietet allen Komfort (ausreichend Platz, Bestückung der Küche, ruhige Lage ect.) den wir uns erhofft hatten und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Schon der überaus freundliche Empfang hat uns erfreut. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht, besonders angenehm die große Couch und die 2. Toilette. Insbesondere auch hervorzuheben ist die handwerkliche Geschick des Vater bei der Lösung des Problems mit unserer blinden Tochter. Wir fühlten uns in dem Haus sehr wohl. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell in Heimbach oder am Rursee. Betonen möchten wir auch den guten Kontakt über whatsapp. Gerne würden wir wiederkommen. Ein Dankeschön an die ganze Familie Lennartz-Tobien.
