The cancellation of a reservation demands the payment of the following penalties:

– 80 % of the total reservation price in the case of cancellation notified between 29 and 15 days prior to the first day of the stay;

Nearest town centre is Cagli, a city full of history. During your stay you can visit the old tower Torrione, the beautiful town theatre and the many old churches and buildings. Most imprtant event during the summer is the Palio dell'Oca (August).

Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche und Hund, haben 14 wundervolle Tage in der Villa verbracht. Die Bilder auf dem Profil der Villa entsprechen 1:1 dem Original! Es gibt einen Holzkohlegrill, elektronischen Pizzaofen und Smoker. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich außerdem 2 Pferdekoppeln mit je zwei Pferden, Schweine und eine Kuh. Das Anwesen ist sehr weitläufig und komplett eingezäunt. Für Hundehalter ein Traum, wenn der Hund keinen Jagdinstinkt hat :-)
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, zurückhaltend und auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht. Zum "Einzug" bekamen wir hausgemachte Nudeln, Wein, Wurst und Käse als Gastgeschenk.
Für einen ruhigen, privaten Urlaub sehr zu empfehlen. Absolute Alleinlage! Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Absolut perfekt wäre es, wenn eine Tischtennisplatte vorhanden wäre :-)
