This holiday home has been inspected and evaluated according to country-specific criteria. The award was given by a tourism organisation. Depending on the equipment and service, the accommodation is awarded one to five stars - from simple to first-class.
New, cozy apartment for 2 people with lots of pine wood and larch wood floors, a balcony with a magnificent view of the valley and the mountain peaks of the Ultental, 1 bedroom with a pine double bed, a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a cozy dining area, a sofa, and a bathroom with shower, bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet. The apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes to the surrounding mountain pastures (Marschnellalm, Riemerberglalm, Schweinsteigalm, and Koflerasteralm) or the surrounding mountain peaks (Peilstein, Hochjoch, Rontscher, Hoher Dieb). We have our own farm shop on the premises with a wide range of juices, syrups, teas, fruit spreads, and herbs.
We are a historic mountain farm with livestock, our own chapel, and an ideal starting point for numerous hikes, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding mountain peaks and the valley.

The Ultental is one of the most pristine valleys in South Tyrol. It starts with the vineyards above Lana and ends with the glaciers in St. Gertraud. Merano can be reached in one hour from here. The valley offers a whole range of attractions, such as the 2000-year-old ancient larch trees. In the Ultental, there are over 30 different alpine pastures, a variety of natural sights, and many rewarding mountain peaks that can be hiked.
Coming over the Brenner motorway, leave it at Bolzano and take the expressway towards Merano. There, take the Merano Sud exit and drive to Lana, then take the entrance to the Ultimo Valley. At the village entrance of St. Walburg, turn right immediately after the bridge and drive another 6 km to our farm.

Cancellation of the booking can be made up to 3 months before the start of the trip. In this case, we will retain a service fee of 10 Euros. In the event of a later cancellation, the cancellation fee will be staggered as follows:
3 months to 30 days before the planned arrival
30% of the total booking amount
30 days to 7 days before the planned arrival
50% of the total booking amount
From 7 days before the planned arrival:
100% of the total booking amount
