Cancellation policy
Holiday is always a pleasant thing. Therefore, the cancellation is not pleasant for you, but for us as a landlord that is also not so pleasant. Unfortunately, this happens occasionally and that's why we've developed the following cancellation scheme: In the event that the tenant must cancel his stay before the start, the following pro rata rents are to be paid (as compensation), as otherwise rental is not (any longer) possible. When canceling ... -... up to 49 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price -... up to 35 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price -... until 21 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price -... up to 14 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price -... otherwise (later than 14 days before arrival) 100% of the rent. If you need to cancel your stay during your holiday, the rental price will not be adjusted. We ask the cancellation in writing to us. Decisive is the date of receipt of the declaration.

Holiday destination
From the dune and the beach you look in the north direction on Neeltje Jans. This island is accessible via an impressive damm (closing dike or "afsluitdijk"), part of the impressive Delta Works. In Burgh Haamstede, is a mountain bike route. In southern direction, the wide sandy beach leads you to Vrouwenpolder. On foot, either by bike, you can watch the surfers on the Veerse Meer drifting with the wind. Or what would you think of a visit to the historic town of Veere?
Getting there
From the east: Via Antwerp, head towards Breda until you reach the Antwerp harbor junction. Via the A12 in België drive towards Bergen-Op-Zoom and from junction Markiezaat, drive on the A58 motorway towards Vlissingen. On motorway A58 take exit "Neeltje Jans" - follow N256 - exit "Kamperland" to N255 - on N255 always follow "Neeltje Jans" (drive past Kamperland village) to "De Banjaard" From the north: It is best to take the A4 or A17 motorway to Bergen Op Zoom. Then follow the signs for junction Markiezaat, continue on the A58 motorway towards Vlissingen. On motorway A58 take exit "Neeltje Jans" - follow N256 - exit "Kamperland" after N255 - follow on N255 always "Neeltje Jans" (drive past Kamperland village) until "De Banjaard"
