Enjoy your holiday in our cosy apartment after an eventful day on Lake Constance... Relaxed sleeping and waking in our premium box spring bed. Just a quick trip to the bakery across the street.... ummhh fresh rolls! Enjoy your first coffee or tea of the day on the balcony and watch the hustle and bustle of the old town.
Good weather?! A perfect day for the lake! In only 1 minute by foot, you can reach the longest shore promenade on Lake Constance and in only 5 minutes you can reach the ship's dock. Let's go by ship to Mainau Island. Stroll through the flowers, eat an ice cream and perhaps meet a count. Simply enjoy the day. Back in Überlingen, doing something good for body and soul... Pack your swimgear and in 5 minutes you can walk to the most beautiful thermal spa on Lake Constance. Especially sauna lovers can expect a grandiose setting! If you are curious about Überlingen afterwards, cinemas, great gastronomy and all kinds of shops are all within walking distance. And if all this is too much for you, a day on the lake is also an option.
Because when I see the lake, I don't need the sea anymore.

Die Wohnung ist einfach fantastisch. Alles da was man braucht. Fußläufig alles erreichbar, schöne Läden, insbesondere die Eisdiele :-)
Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Viele Ausflüge unternommen, einen schönen Park entdeckt, wo man herrlich liegen und dazu ins Wasser gehen kann.
Wir kommen gerne Wieder :-)

Wir waren Ende Oktober für eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung zu Gast und haben den Urlaub wirklich genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Anders als üblich gewohnt, waren Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs (Tee, Kaffeepads, Gewürze, etc.) in der Wohnung vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und perfekt gelegen - nur wenige Meter zur Seepromenade sowie in die Stadt. Die komplette Abwiclung mit Buchung, Anreise und Abreise verlief unkompliziert und die sind Vermieter sehr freundlich.
Gerne wieder, wenn es im kommenden Jahr möglich ist. :)
