Cancellation policy
The tenant may cancel the contract at any time under the following conditions:
- up to 42 days before arrival: 25% of the rental price
- 41 to 22 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- 21 to 0 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price
In any case, the landlord is entitled to payment of the aforementioned conditions if he fails to rent the unit for the same period at the "website price".
Substitute tenants:
The tenant has the right to propose a substitute tenant. This person must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. They will enter into the contract under the existing conditions. Both the tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notice by the landlord is decisive for the calculation of the cancellation fee (if the notice is received on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, the next working day will apply).
In the event of early termination of the rental, the entire rental price remains due.

Holiday destination
The holiday home is located in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Alps by the Urslau mountain stream, with a view of the Hochkönig Massif.
Hinterthal is a small place in the municipality of Maria Alm, nestled in the middle of the "Hochkönig" ski area, which spans over 6 peaks from Maria Alm to Mühlbach. On the "Königsstour," you can enjoy 150 kilometers of slopes, 84 ski runs, and 34 lifts. The Chalet Sonnbichl is about 150 m away from the "Sonnleitenlift" entry point. The "Kitzsteinhorn" glacier ski area can be reached in half an hour.
In summer, countless mountain, hiking, and mountain bike tours are available, as well as 4 golf courses and a swimming lake.
In the village, there are various restaurants.
Getting there
From Germany (A 8 exit Traunstein/Siegsdorf or Bad Reichenhall) on the federal road #178/311, Steinpass - Lofer - Saalfelden:
1. Roundabout, take the 3rd exit;
2. Roundabout, take the 3rd exit - towards Maria Alm - Hinterthal.
If you want to use the Tauern motorway up to Bischofshofen, keep in mind that you will need a motorway vignette for Austria and then have to cross 2 passes (Dientner Sattel, Filzensattel). Not recommended in winter!

Wir haben einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub verbracht und möchten das gern hier teilen.
Das Haus ist einfach nur traumhaft schön und wenn man es betritt, kann man nicht glauben, dass man hier nun zwei Wochen verweilen darf. Die unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit der Vermieterin hat im Vorfeld zusätzlich zum guten Gefühl beigetragen. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen.
Alle Details in diesem wunderschönen Haus sind mit Liebe ausgesucht und sehr hochwertig. Von der Bettwäsche bis zur Gartenliege. Es fehlt an nichts!
Die Seele reist nach, sagt man ja immer... und so sitze ich gute zwei Wochen nach diesem wunderschönen Urlaub in Hinterthal immer noch auf dem Balkon des Hauses und blicke verträumt in die Berge.
Wir werden wieder kommen, das kann ich jetzt schon sagen...

Wenn man könnte bliebe man da! Es war eine wunderbare Zeit - für Erholung, Entspannung und zum Kraft tanken. Vielen Dank, dass wir wieder Gäste in eurem einzigartigen Alpenhaus sein durften und auch für die freundliche Abwicklung. Im Winter wie im Sommer ist das ein wunderbarer Ort. Warum sind wir nach Hause gefahren? Vermutlich nur um wieder kommen zu können. Danke!
