- 100% of the rental amount if you cancel on the day of arrival.

Het Zwanenwater nature reserve was created in 1597, following the dike construction of the adjacent Zijperpolders and has been under the protection of 'Natuurmonumenten' since 1973.
It is an important migratory bird area and in 2008 it also received the internationally recognized status as a geotope.
Holiday destination
From this holiday address, you are just a few minutes away from the beautiful beach of Callantsoog. It is a famous coastal town with a stunning location on the North Sea beach. Enjoy walks and bike rides along the beach, dunes, or in the lively hinterland.
In Callantsoog, there are always numerous events taking place, both on the beach and in the village, including markets, music events, and a variety of restaurants.
There are also excursions to the nature reserve Het Zwanenwater.
Getting there
For those coming from the north of Germany, we recommend taking the A30 (Rheine-Amsterdam) to the Amsterdam ring road. From there, continue towards "Purmerend" and "Alkmaar". At the end of the motorway in Alkmaar, take the N9 towards Den Helder until you reach the junction with the sign "Callantsoog-5 km". Turn left at this junction (Restaurant "De Stolp") and you will soon reach the complex on the left side.
From the south, the A3 motorway (Oberhausen-Arnhem) is a good choice, then continue towards Utrecht, Amsterdam, and Alkmaar. At the end of the motorway in Alkmaar, take the N9 to your destination.
