The guest can withdraw from the booking (written form, letter or email). In the event of non-arrival, the following portions of the total price are due:
1. Cancellation from down payment up to 60 days before start of rental: 20% of the rental price.
2. Cancellation 59 days to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50 % of the rental price.
3. Cancellation 29 days to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 80 % of the rental price.
4. Cancellation 13 days before the start of the rental period: 90 % of the rental price.
We recommend adding cancellation insurance to your holiday booking.

A pool card is available for our house with 2 apartments, which is assigned to our Casa gran Terraza apartment.
Often, however, the pool card is not used by the guests in our Casa gran Terraza,
so it is possible that guests of our Nerja en Casa can use the pool.

San Juan de Capistrano is a beautiful, quiet and relaxing location and one of the most beautiful urban areas on the Costa del Sol. It is a very peaceful and quiet area, please respect the community guidelines and keep the noise level low.
Getting there
From Malaga airport via Autovia del Mediterráneo (E 15, A7), you can reach Nerja in about 40 minutes. It takes a little longer from Granada, around 1.5 hours..... Those who prefer to travel comfortably and want to reach landscapes, smaller locations and bays should take the N 340....

We love to travel and despite the many experiences we have had in the world, Nerja has everything we need.

Wir waren für ein paar Tage an der wunderbaren Costa del Sol. Nicht nur das Wetter war ausgezeichnet auch die Unterkunft war perfekt. Ideal für all unsere Bedürfnisse und kein Wunsch blieb offen.
Sollte ich mich wieder in diese bezaubernde Region begeben werde ich diese Unterkunft definitiv wieder buchen!

Wir waren begeistert von der sehr geräumigen, modernen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung !
Es ist alles auf höchstem Standard, 2 geräumige Bäder und eine sehr schöne offene Küche die hochwertig ausgestattet ist !
Der Self Check In ist perfekt gelöst und die Wohnung war extrem sauber.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder kommen !
