The holiday apartment is located on a slope, in a quiet area on the first floor of a private house. Shared staircase access through the garden. Ideal for 2 people, with sleeping arrangements for an additional 2. It consists of a bedroom, a dining/living room where there are two sleeping chairs, and a small kitchenette, TV. Bathroom with shower/sink/toilet/bidet. Air conditioning and heating.
In front of both rooms, there is a balcony with garden chairs, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view over the entire bay.
Behind the apartment is a small private lockable garden. Sun loungers and garden furniture. Ideal for dog owners. It's a maximum of 10 minutes on foot to the old town and to the sandy beach.

Train: Alassio station 3 km to Laigueglia.
Meet me on the main road, below the Church of San Matteo, which is centrally located in the town. There I will personally greet you and escort you to your holiday accommodation.
