Holiday destination
Barbat is a quaint little town right after the ferry port. Surrounded by pebble beaches it is known for its fishermen supplying local restaurants. We emplore you to try the famous Kvarner prawn or at least some of the locally grown vegetables.The island of Rab and the homonymous city are located on the northern Croatian coast in the Adriatic Sea. The island is 22 km long and has 9480 inhabitants. The highest peak is Kamenjak, 408 m high.

We were very warmly welcomed by the friendly landlords Maja and Marco and felt at home from the start. Instead of referring to the normally delivered information folder, Maja and Marco gave us all tips for the best beaches, supermarkets and restaurants personally.
The house is large, modernly furnished and fully equipped with everything you need on holiday as a self-caterer, from sharp kitchen knives to the barbecue on the terrace to the washing machine, everything is available. In case something is missing (which was not the case for us), Maja and Marco are always available to assist.
We especially enjoyed the shaded terrace, the pool and the short walk to the sea and the waterfront.
A most beautiful house in a nice neighbourhood.

Wir haben zwei erholsame Urlaubswochen in diesem schönen, sehr gepflegten und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ca. 250 m vom Meer und Restaurants entfernt. Die Eigentümer sind sehr sympatisch und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
