Cancellation policy
Should the tenant wish to withdraw from the rental agreement for any reason before the start of the rental period, they are liable for the full rental fee as stipulated in the contract if the holiday apartment cannot be rented out to someone else. In the event of a subsequent rental, a fee of 150 euros will be charged for the inconvenience caused. The landlord recommends taking out cancellation insurance.

Host informationWe are a family from St. Gallen in Switzerland. The property has been expanded and furnished with great attention to detail. Since we also use the apartment ourselves, the standard of construction and the furnishings are correspondingly high.

Wir haben uns in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Lage mit Blick über den Lago, tolle Ausstattung, sehr ruhig gelegen, aber mit dem Auto alles schnell zu erreichen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Ausstattung ist top, sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit persönlicher Note. Die Lage und der Ausblick auf den Lago: großartig! Man hat definitiv ausreichend Platz mit vier Personen - zwei Bäder zu haben (in unserem Fall mit zwei TeenieKids) war super. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war einwandfrei. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!
