The house is located in the village just 3 minutes from a Grocer'shop and only 6 minutes on foot from the beach. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday. Also there are many places for activities nearby, like sail boat rent, motor boat rent, surf board rent, kite board rent, e-bike rent etc. Along the lake, there is a 5 km walking path.
There are five restaurants on the waterfront and 4 bars for a cappuccino or an evening drink, all within walking distance.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Terrasse ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig aber sehr schön groß und ruhig. Steckdosenadapter sollte man sich mitnehmen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und auch bei der Abreise hat alles gut geklappt. Das WLAN ist nicht besonders gut das Formel 1 Rennen zu sehen war eine Herausforderung. Die Einrichtung vom Haus war ausreichend. Der Pool war sehr sauber.
Alles im allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub

Ganz wunderbares Ferienhaus mit gepflegter Vollausstattung. Bei Ankunft haben wir alles sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden. Sehr kindergeeignet, mit eigenem großen Zimmer und liebevoll eingerichteter Spielecke/Sofa. Der Blick auf den See ist frei von der rd. 10 Meter breiten Terrasse und einfach nur wunderschön. Ein breiter Tiefgaragenparkplatz gehörte zum Mietobjekt dazu. Zudem bietet der Pool in anständiger Größe Raum für die tägliche Abkühlung.
Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter vorab war unkompliziert und es gab immer schnelle Antworten auf unsere Fragen.
Vor Ort betreut die Ansprechpartnerin Katia, die mit einem großen Engagement auf all unsere Fragen eingegangen ist, Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben hat. Das Objekt ist für eine Reise an den Comer See sehr zu empfehlen.
