The location is just ideal and incredibly varied: Situated at the southern end of the bay of Cala Millor, you can not only enjoy unique panoramic views from the apartment's balcony, but also from almost every window. 20 meters in front of you extends the white sand beach with its clear water. If you look to the left, you will see, in an agreeable distance, the tourist center of Cala Millor (the pedestrian zone is within 5 minutes walking distance). On the right side extends, after about 200 meters, the natural park of Punta de n'Amer with numerous walking trails and gorgeous vegetation.

Host informationSandra and I come from Augsburg, Germany. We have dedicated ourselves to being a promoter for music travels and concerts. Our company is doing business in three European countries and welcomes guests from over 30 countries every year.
In 2011, we visited Mallorca for the first time and we fell in love with the country and the people at first sight. That was the reason, why we also got professionally active on the island just in the following year. In 2012, we did our "1st Mallorca Smooth Jazz Festival" in Sa Coma, neighboring Cala Millor, and since then, the festival has been taking place there every year on the first weekend in May.
Also personally and privately, people, climate and landscape have pulled us in their spell – that’s why we spend as much time as possible on the island. To us, Mallorca just means: "High quality of life !!!"

Super schöne Wohnung, auf die inneren Werte kommt es an!
Das Gebäude wird keinen Architektenpreis gewinnen, aber die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und in einem Top Zustand.
Die gesamte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bis zur Hausverwaltung - absolut professionell und sehr freundlich. Wir können es wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt. Unsere Anfrage wurde sehr schnell beantwortet und die Anmietung hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit der Verwalterin hat reibungslos geklappt und ging freundlich über die Bühne.
Die Wohnung hat einen fantastischen Ausblick, die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und auch die Dekoration war sehr persönlich gestaltet. Neben allen was man für den Alltag benötigt (Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Kochgeschirr, Kaffeemaschine uvm.) gab es auch eine große Bücher- und Spielesammlung.
Absolut empfehlenswert und jederzeit gern wieder. Der eine abgezogene Stern für die Umgebung lag an dem Fakt, das man für Unternehmungen oft weit fahren musste. Ansonsten war alles fantastisch und wiederholungsbedürftig.
