Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels their lease agreement for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, then the tenant is obligated to pay the landlord compensation equal to the rental amount or a part of the rental amount. The tenant's cancellation must always be in writing (by mail or email). The following rules apply: From the time of booking until six weeks before the start of the rental, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental until the second week before the start of the rental, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You also pay €25 in administrative costs. In the event of a cancellation on our part, the money already paid will be refunded.

This very beautiful apartment is located in the center of Cadzand-Bad, right on the beach promenade, just 50 meters from the beach and the sea, and opposite the shopping arcade. Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth that are found there, and as the place in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine per year for sun worshippers.
