Cancellation policy
The renter can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. If the lessee withdraws from the rental agreement, the following pro rata rents shall be paid as compensation, taking into account the expenses saved insofar as it is not possible to rent the property to another lessee: - up to 75 days prior to arrival = 35% of the rental price - up to 45 days prior to arrival = 50% of the rental price - up to 14 days prior to arrival = 75% of the rental price otherwise (later than 14 days prior to arrival) = 100% of the rental price We recommend adding cancellation insurance to your holiday booking.

Holiday destination
Would you like to breathe in the fresh ocean breeze on a clean beach? Enjoy delicious food and interesting drinks in a beach pavilion? Take relaxing walks through a dune-filled landscape as you listen to the sound of the waves? Especially in the summer season, there is a wide range of leisure activities for children. For example, there is a surf school on the Veerse Meer only 2 km away. You can also go cycling or swimming. From the beach, you can see Neeltje Jans.
Getting there
By car from the Ruhr area: to Venlo via the A 40 motorway as far as Einhoven and then onwards via - Breda - Tilburg - Roosendaal to Zeeland in the direction of Vlissingen From the Cologne area: via Aachen, Antwerp; follow the Antwerp ring road towards Breda, exit towards Bergen op Zoom (A 12) and then towards Vlissingen; then take the Goes (N 256) exit towards Zieriksee. After the lock, turn off in the direction of Kamperland (N 255) and continue approx. 4 km to Banjaard. Leave the roundabout at the 2nd exit, and follow the sign to the park “Noordseerésidence de Banjaard” (Oosterscheldelaan is the 2nd turn-off in the ring around the centre)!

Wir waren mit drei Freundinnen verreist und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Der Garten hat unterschiedliche Sitzplätze, sodass man je nach Geschmack jederzeit ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen finden kann. Es gibt genügend Gartenmöbel. Das Meer ist sehr nah, z. B. für Spaziergänge zu "Strandbuden". Außerdem gibt es in den umgebenden entzückenden Ortschaften gute Restaurants, sei es um Pfannekuchen oder Meeresspezialitäten zu essen. Diese Unterkunft empfehle ich gerne weiter.

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern funktionierte perfekt und schnell! Das Haus ist hell, freundlich und sauber und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Betten waren super, Küche komplett ausgestattet und neu, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns viel im schönen Garten und auf der Terrasse aufgehalten und dabei geschätzt, dass man zu jeder Tageszeit die Wahlmöglichkeit zwischen Sonne und Schatten mit ansprechenden Sitzplätzen hat. Die ganze Anlage De Banjaard ist schön angelegt und der kurze Weg vom Haus zum Strand nur über den Damm. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit und kommen sicher wieder!!
