Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival day, the accommodation contract can be cancelled without a cancellation fee and without explanation.

From 1 month to 1 week before the arrival day, we will charge 70% of the total arrangement price;
In the last week before the arrival day, we will charge 90% of the total arrangement price;
In case of late arrival or early departure, the arrangement price will be charged.
