Cancellation policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before arrival receive 100% of the booking payment back. Travellers who cancel between 30 and 60 days before their scheduled arrival will be refunded 50% of the booking fee. Travellers cancelling any later than this will not receive a refund.

Holiday destination
The holiday home is in a quiet location in a new residential area in Gross Schwansee. In about 500 m you'll reach the Gross Schwansee castle grounds, and there you can use the wellness area or rent bikes.
In about 30 minutes by bike you can reach the Priwall ferry that will take you to Travemünde.
The closest shopping facilities in the area are in Dassow, Kalkhorst or Klütz. You can easily reach the beach on foot in about 10 minutes. There are various restaurants in Gross Schwansee as well as in the surrounding area. There is a small playground on Lindenstrasse only about 450 m away. It is about 17 km to the Baltic seaside of Boltenhagen.
