The historic old town is only a few minutes walk away. Ostrich taverns invite you to linger. Your starting point for excursions and hiking tours in the Rheingau and the "Upper Middle Rhine Valley" UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Rheinsteig leads through vineyards and at the "Osteinschen Landschaftspark" cable car and chair lift lead to Assmannshausen. The Loreley is also easily accessible with a summer toboggan run and open-air stage. Niederwald Monument and the St Hildegard section are places of interest.
Holiday destination
You can reach the Rhine in 5 minutes on foot, but also many shopping possibilities, such as supermarket and baker are to be reached in a few minutes. You need about 10 - 15 minutes to walk to the center, but you can walk directly along the Rhine. All festivals in Rüdesheim can be reached on foot in a few minutes. If you feel like hiking, the Rheinsteig is the right place for you. You can walk to the swimming pool in 5 minutes.
Getting there
If you come in Rüdesheim from direction Eltville, turn left after the Esso petrol station into the 1st street and then immediately right into the next street. It is the 2nd house, the entrance is at ground level, directly in the bend. Drive around the bend and park directly in front of the apartment.
