Cozy holiday home (fenced) in a fantastic location on the sunny side of Niedernsill, suitable for 6-10 people. The holiday home has been completely renovated, quaintly converted, and is heated electrically.
There are a total of 2 bedrooms (double bed), 1 children's room with a balcony, a living room with a couch, and a kitchen with an additional stove.
Furthermore, there is the possibility to expand the attic area of a bedroom with a mattress camp (4 children), which will make every child's heart beat faster. There are two large bathrooms, a sauna, and an entrance hall.

Our house guests can use our bathing lake and the swimming pool in Piesendorf for free (FUN+CARD partner). Snow is guaranteed from October to May at the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area (3000 m) in Kaprun, Weißsee in Uttendorf (2500m). The Maiskogel in Kaprun, as well as the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See (2000 m), also attract visitors with great slopes and charming mountain huts.

Niedernsill is a leisure paradise for the whole family: archery, mini-golf, hiking trails, Tauern Cycle Path, mountain biking routes, a beautiful natural swimming lake, wellness, skiing, snowboarding, located in the heart of Hohe Tauern National Park, close to Kaprun, Zell am See, every activity is a delight. Relaxation and rejuvenation are also offered by the Tauern Spa World Kaprun.
The holiday home is situated above Niedernsill on Ematberg on the sunny side in a beautiful, quiet, and idyllic hillside location at about 870 m, with views of the surrounding grass mountains of Pinzgau, our beautiful Salzach Valley, and the nearby "Hohe Tauern".
Niedernsill is located 13 km from Zell am See and 9 km from Kaprun, in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park, as well as countless attractions of our "pure nature environment", such as the Krimml Waterfalls, the panoramic mountain Schmittenhöhe, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, the Kaprun reservoirs, the Ferleiten wildlife and adventure park, the Werfen Ice Caves, and the Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun.
To reach the holiday home from the roundabout in Niedernsill, follow these directions:
Pass the Spar market on the right towards Steindorf, after 200 meters turn right onto Güterweg Ematberg, then after another 200 meters it's the second house on the left (Ematberg Nr. 5).
