Cancellation policy
In the event of withdrawal from the contractual agreements, the following conditions apply:
You will receive a refund of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the scheduled check-in by 12 noon CET (Central European Time). For cancellations made less than 4 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee. Additionally, there is a cancellation fee of €50.
Travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
Non-utilization of the property during the rented period by the contracting party does not exempt from the payment of the rental fee.

Holiday destination
Within the park, there's a supermarket for delicious holiday home cooking, and in close proximity, you'll find numerous leisure activities: bike rental, swimming, archery, and many other activities for a relaxing or active vacation. And if you don't feel like cooking, you can always indulge in the park restaurant.
Exploring beyond the park is easy by bike or car, such as the Veerse Meer and towns like Veere, Domburg, Middelburg, and Vlissingen. For cyclists, there are themed bike routes suitable for both young and old.
Getting there
Within the de Banjaard Park: Excellent, easy-to-follow signage to your temporary home.
Connectivity of de Banjaard Park: Linked to the Dutch traffic network, accessible via the "Autowege" N57 (direction Vrouwenpolder) and N255 (Oost Westweg).
Middelburg: 20 mins.
Vlissingen, Westkapelle, Domburg, and Oostkapelle: Less than 30 minutes.
All these places offer a wide variety of shopping and strolling options, restaurants, museums, and recreational activities.
Rotterdam and The Hague: about 80 minutes.
Bruges in Belgium about 90 minutes.
The journey from NRW is quickly accessible through a well-developed motorway network through Belgium and the Netherlands. From Cologne, for example, it takes us less than three hours. So you can finally answer questions like "Mom, Dad: When will we finally get there?" truthfully without any worries :-)

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche in Kering 30.
Die Häuser sind alle insgesamt sehr hellhörig, aber von außen hört man nichts, es liegt sehr ruhig, der gesamte Ferienpark ist trotz vieler Familien mit Kindern sehr ruhig.
Die Lage zum Strand ist prima. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. (Wir haben unsere eigene Kaffeemaschine mitgebracht, weil wir keinen Filterkaffee mögen '-) ) und eine Kuchenbackform.
Der Kühlschrank ist wunderbar groß, das Gefrierfach auch groß haben wir gar nicht genutzt.
Tipp:Eine Fußmatte fürs Bad mitbringen.
