You rent a modern furnished semi-detached house with 70qm on three levels. The house is suitable for 1-3 persons. A simple guest bed for a 4th person is possible on request. The house can be rented all year round.
Information for families with children: The house is rather unsuitable for families with small children. In the house there are two staircases.
Rooms: Kitchen, bathroom, big living/sleeping room with a double bed, walk-in closet, one single bed on the wooden plateau, also usable as a sofa.
Garden: terrace and garden with garden furniture, sunbeds and outdoor shower.

In the event of premature termination of the stay or later arrival, the tenant is obliged to pay the full rental price.
