Cancellation policy
contract
The rental agreement is concluded as soon as the deposit of 25% has been paid by the renter. The conclusion of the lease obligates the contracting parties to fulfill no matter on which duration the contract is concluded. The rental agency is obliged to compensate the guest for non-provision of the accommodation, except in case of force majeure. Unless otherwise agreed, the rental period begins at 14:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure. For the calculation of the rent the day of arrival counts as a whole day, the departure day is not calculated. With contract conclusion a down payment of 25% of the rent within 7 days is to be made. The balance is due 30 days prior to departure.
Booking Conditions
The rental property may not be inhabited by more people without special permission, as agreed in the lease. The renter is liable for all damages caused during his rental period. In case of complaints and damages the rental agency is to be informed immediately. The renter will not be released from the payment of the agreed rental price if he does not make use of the leased property for reasons relating to him. Personal reasons are all reasons that are within the life of the guest, e.g. Holidays, sickness, etc., or those for which the landlord is not responsible, such. bad weather.

The tenant can withdraw from the lease at any time before the rental period. In any case, a registered letter to the rental agency is required. In this case, the rental agency is entitled to charge a flat-rate compensation for the following season without further proof: If you cancel your booking up to 30 days before departure we may retain the deposit paid. From the 29th day the cancellation fee is 80% and from the 10th day 100% of the rent. Decisive, even with telephone announced resignation, is in each case the date of receipt of the letter with the rental agency.

Wir hatten ein Monat in den wirklich super hochwertig eingerichtete Haus unseren Winterurlaub verbracht. Und auch gleich für 2024 erneut Gebucht.

Das blitzsaubere, modern maritim eingerichtete Ferienhaus verfügt über ein durchdachtes und gemütliches Beleuchtungskonzept, eine Küche mit absoluter Vollausstattung und Bäder wie man sie sonst nur in gehobenen Hotelkategorien findet.
Der wohl schönste Strandabschnitt der Insel Föhr ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Ein kleiner Garten mit Strandkorb befindet sich angrenzend ans Haus.
Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen.
Der Ort Utersum bietet eine gute Grundversorgung. Supermarkt, Arzt, Handwerksbäckerei und Gastronomie sind nur einen Katzensprung vom Haus entfernt.
Wer das echte Nordseefeeling erleben und genießen möchte ist hier im Reetstern am perfekten Ort!
