Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who would enter the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata fees - after having taken into account any expenses saved - are to be paid as compensation, provided that re-letting the space is not possible.

Sehr ruhige Lage zwischen Freiburg und Elsaß. Tolle Wohnung. Mit der Gästekarte kostenlose Bahnfahrt von Breisach nach Freiburg möglich.

Die FeWo hat gehalten, was sie versprochen hat. Die Ausgangslage für tolle Radtouren ist genial.
Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Frau Bergamini hatte auch immer einen guten Rat für uns.
