Cancellation policy
You can always cancel before arrival in writing before arrival. In the event of the participant's withdrawal, the lessor is entitled to reimbursement for the travel arrangements made and the expenses in the amount of the booked travel price as follows: day before arrival 10%, from the 20th to the 14th day before arrival 40%, from the 13th to the 8th day before arrival 50%, from the 7th day before arrival 80%, on the day of arrival and for no-shows, 90%. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
First-class location - just a few steps away from the medieval market square, right on the Moselle bike and hiking trail. Our Art Nouveau villa from 1876 is located in the Bernkasteler Stadtpark, bordering the Moselle.
Getting there
Arrival is possible by vehicle as well as by plane, train and bus. On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 3 p.m. Check-in is done in person or by key code. Check-out should take place by 10 a.m. Other times are possible by arrangement. We will provide you with a parking ticket (12,00 Euro) for parking across from our Villa Mosella at the public Moselle car park. You can reach the inner courtyard of the Art Nouveau villa via an outside staircase.
