This means that any deposit you may have already paid, amounting to 50% of the rental price, cannot be refunded or must be paid.
If you cancel within the last three days before the arrival date, we must unfortunately insist on the payment of the full rental price, as it is no longer possible to rent the property to someone else at such short notice.

Holiday destination
Ustecchio is a historic district of the municipality of Tremosine, situated approximately 400 meters above Lake Garda. In the many districts of the large municipality of Tremosine sul Garda, you will find numerous excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. Ustecchio is an ideal starting point for biking and hiking tours.
Getting there
On the highway heading south, take the Rovereto Sud exit. Then towards Lago di Garda, passing through Mori to Torbole.
Continue along Riva on the western shore of Lake Garda to Limone. In the center of Limone, turn right onto the road going up to Tremosine. After the district of Bassanega, you will come to the district of Ustecchio. Turn towards the center, and after about 200 meters, make a sharp left (180 degrees) onto Via Kennedy.

Wir waren Ende August für 2 Wochen im Casa del Sogno und haben unseren Aufenthalt
dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgesprochen gemütlich -
es mangelte an nichts. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Dank des guten Wetters konnten
wir den Pool ausgiebig nutzen und dank der ruhigen Lage konnten wir uns bestens erholen.
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat bereits im Vorfeld zahlreiche
Tipps bzgl. Einkaufen, Unternehmungen etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir kommen sehr gerne
wieder!

Wir haben etwa 10 Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, die ideal für Entspannung und Erholung ist. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können das Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
