Cancellation policy
Should you decide to make a booking after contacting us, we need your address, telephone number and email address for a binding reservation. In addition, a deposit is required to secure both the guests and landlords. This is 30% of the total price. In case of cancellation, we only keep the amount of the deposit. A travel cancellation insurance is recommended for unpredictable cancellations.

Up to 60 days before the date of arrival - a full refund

Located in a small Istrian village this villa offers you the tranquility and relaxation from everyday rush and stress. Neighbourhood is quiet and calm, surrounded with forrest. Around 500 meters from the house there is a children's park with swings and a slide. A short walk and some fun in the park will definitely make your children happy. There is a Boccie ground nearby where you can join the locals and experience a traditional game and have some fun.

Wir können über dieses Haus nur positives Berichten....
Es hat alles was man sich für einen Urlaub wünscht
Toller Außenbereich mit Pool, Grill, überdachter Terrasse, Spielmöglichkeiten etc.
Das Haus selbst ist super modern eingerichtet
Die Lage ist etwas Abseits vom Rummel
Mit dem Auto ist man aber in 15 Minuten am Strand und in 10 Minuten hat man Labin mit sämtlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht
Besonders hervorzuheben sind die tollen Gastgeber, die sehr bemüht sind
