Our holiday rental home of 116 m2 is located in a residence of 1800 m2. It is a delightful, relaxing place in the quieter area which guarantees tranquility for a well deserved holiday. Only 3.3 km from the Old Town of Labin and 4 km to the nearest beach, the property offers a ground floor apartment which has recently been creatively designed into a stylish home, providing every convenience of home.

1. Take the roundabout at the 2nd exit, sign Labin center

2. At the 2nd. traffic light go straight
3. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit sign (Ravni sv Marina) to the Old town
4. At the roundabout take the 1st exit to (Ravni sv Marina) leading to Old town
continue straight to the Old town of Labin
5. On Marshal Tito Square at the Old Town go straight on (Ravni sv Marina)
continue straight
6. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit sign (Ravni sv Marina)
Drive straight for 550m
7. Turn right at the Chapel and continue straight for 350m
8. The house is in front of you on the left.

Ein tolles sehr sauberes und gepflgtes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Austattung.
Der Pool ist sehr schön und abends beleuchtet. Der Garten ist ausreichend gross.
Der grosse Weber Gasgrill bietet sich an, um auf der komfortablen Terasse zu essen und zu trinken.
In die Altsatdt nach Labin benötigt man zu Fuß 10-15 Minuten , an den Strand nach Rabac mit den tollen Felsbuchten ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und immer bemüht alles Recht zu machen.
Ein Stellplatz ist direkt vor der Tür im Carport vorhanden.
Alles in allem, ein rundum toller Urlaub in einem Haus das wir nur weiterempfehlen können.
Für uns war bestimmt auch nicht der letzte Urlaub in diesem Haus.

Ein sehr gut und Modern gestalltes Ferienhaus mit allem was es braucht. Der Garten ist schön gross und bietet genug Platz für Spiele. Der Pool ist sehr schön in das Grundstück eingebracht, durch die Beleuchtung kann man auch gut Abends noch ein paar Runden schwimmen gehen. Zur Altstadt von Labin sind es 10 -15 Minuten zu Fuss. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten bietet der Carport auf dem Grundstück. Die Besitzerin ist sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend, sie hat gute Tipps wenn es um Restaurants oder Freizeitangebote geht.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder in dieses Ferienhaus gehen, es ist bestimmt nicht das letzte mal gewesen. Meine Familie wahr begeistert von diesem Haus und den Mitarbeitern.
