In addition to the kilometer-long sandy beach, there are many ways to spend your free time in the region. There are museums and adventure farms nearby that are worth seeing.
Holiday destination
Prerow on the Darß - the town in which our holiday apartment is located, has the most beautiful beach in Germany according to the "Welt" travel supplement; No wonder, because the fine, almost stone-free white sand is something very special. The development begins beyond the dunes (except at the main entrance), so that those seeking relaxation can enjoy pure nature. Many friends of the town of Prerow are of the opinion that there is still an improvement: the wildly romantic western beach, which can be reached in about 15 minutes by bike. On the side of the town facing away from the Baltic Sea, the lagoon landscape of the national park invites you to take long hikes, bike rides and observe the migratory birds that stop there in autumn. Bodden and the Baltic Sea offer sailors a diverse sailing area. Whether directly in the Baltic Sea or in the Bodden (inland waters), the Darß offers a variety of fishing opportunities.
Getting there
By car: Follow the A19 motorway to the Rostock/Ost exit and from there the B 105 towards Stralsund to the junction towards Fischland/Darß in the town of Altheide. By train: From Ribnitz-Damgarten train station, bus line 210 leads directly to the center of Prerow - Prerow Mitte stop. You will receive access data and location of the key safe via WhatsApp or email after receipt of payment.

Die Wohnung ist schön und Platz genug für 2 Personen. Die Küche ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Sonne auf dem Balkon hatten wir auch keine, lag vielleicht an der Jahreszeit. Die Lage ist schön, aber die angegebenen 500 m zum Strand stimmen leider nicht. Da muss man schon was länger einplanen. Der einzige alte Besen zum putzen der da steht geht leider gar nicht. Wieviele Jahre hat der hinter sich und Haare in sich? Es gibt nichts schönes on top oder ein Highlight. Alles Standard keine Begrüßung nichts persönliches. Handtücher sollten bei 10 Nächten inkl sein. Das war 1 Handtuch 1 Duschtuch p.P. Nach Rückfrage ist das so, oder man kauft nach. Der Ton am Telefon von der Dame ging gar nicht! Alles in allem okay, aber leider der Grund um nicht mehr wieder zu kommen. Der Charme einer Ferienwohnung fehlt..

Nicht von ungefähr haben wir diese Wohnung nach 2020 erneut gerne wieder gebucht! Für 2 Personen ist sie perfekt und genau wie im Internet beschrieben. Wie man sie als dunkles Loch empfinden kann, ist uns völlig schleierhaft! Wir haben die Sonne auf der kleinen Terrasse bis in die Abendstunden täglich genossen. Wie alle Wohnungen von Frau Lau ist auch diese mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail ausgestaltet. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst! Schon jetzt freuen wir uns auf einen Urlaub (hoffentlich) im nächsten Jahr in der "Bucht 9" .
