Location: The villa is situated in the district of Cassino-Orponte, about 10 minutes from the village of Cannero, the beautiful Lido, and various restaurants, bars, grocery store, and promenade. Cannero Riviera is located on the right bank of Lake Maggiore in a sunny and sheltered climatic position. The beautiful Lido has been awarded the Blue Flag and offers many water sports opportunities. There are numerous hiking opportunities around Cannero.
Getting there
Access: Follow the Piedmontese lakeside road (Locarno, Ascona, Brissago, Cannobio) until you reach Cannero. Stay on the main road and pass through Cannero. After about 1.5km, turn right towards Cassino. At the T-junction, turn left towards Ponte. After 100m, take the first road on the right uphill. After the third bend, you will reach Villa Zanotti with a Marian chapel in the garden wall. On the left side, there is a parking space.

Der grandiose Ausblick auf den See und die Berge, das geschmackvolle Ambiente der Villa Zanotti sowie der idyllische Garten mit Pool haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Auch die Organisation über die Agentur Marlis Zanetti klappte bestens. Bei der Zufahrt zum Haus freute man sich, wenn kein Auto entgegen kam. Die Villa Zanotti ist ein charmantes Anwesen mit vielen liebevollen Details. Ein idealer Ort für Privatsphäre, Ruhe und Entspannung.
