If the customer cancels the reservation, the following cancellation fees apply:
For cancellations from 45 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount of the reservation is charged.
For cancellations from 44 days to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the reservation is charged.
For cancellations from 29 days to 8 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount of the reservation is charged.
For cancellations from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total amount of the reservation is charged.
