Holiday destination
Perfect location, as you can reach the town of Ribolla with its pizzeria and all shopping facilities in just a few minutes (also within about 15-20 minutes on foot). Here you will find all shopping amenities. Roccatederighi and Montemassi are also not far away, where you can dine excellently. Extensive free and unspoiled beaches are about 25-30 minutes away by car. The medieval town of Massa Marittima is about 20 minutes away. Overall, destinations such as Siena, Pisa, or Florence are easily accessible.
Getting there
Note: Approximately 800m of unpaved road, the last 100m are very steep and rough, therefore not suitable for low-lying cars or sports cars.

Das Ferienhaus liegt traumhaft auf einem Hügel mit uneingeschränktem Blick in die Landschaft und die Berge in der Ferne. Der Wohnbereich mit einer Terasse und die Küche mit Ausgang zur einer überdachten Terasse sind beide zum tollen Ausblick gelegen. Morgens kann der Sonnenaufgang und Abends der Sonnenuntergang bewundert werden. Direkte Nachbarn sind nicht vorhanden. Ein Stück den Hügel hinauf befindet sich ein weiteren Haus, dass aber bei unserem Urlaub nicht besetzt war. Man würde davon wohl auch nichts mitbekommen. Das Haus liegt zudem sehr zenral, um schöne Ziele in der Toskana anzusteuern. Sollten Fragen auftreten, so ist der Besitzer des Hauses sehr gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind ungern abgereist. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Es waren sehr schöne 2 Wochen. Das Haus ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Kinder konnten toben und entdecken und der Ausblick ist wahrlich traumhaft. Im Ort findet man auch alles was man für den Alltag braucht. In der Nähe (ca. 15 min Entfernung) ist ein ganz toller See mit Stegen (man muss schnell sein, um einen zu ergattern) und klarem Wasser und auch das Meer ist in ca. 30 min zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir können es nur empfehlen.
