The small, typically Tuscan community of Monteverdi Marittimo can be explored in two ways. It is accessible via three ring roads that circle the highest part where the town hall is located, or you can reach the oldest area through the so-called 'rughe', a dense network of footpaths that intersect the ring roads.

Host informationIt all started with our own house 'Casa Mela', which we have been renting out to guests during the season for 24 years. Over time, word got around among neighbors, friends, and friends of friends that Mrs. Kruggel does a pretty good job - and today I make my living at the place where you spend your vacation. Although my territory has expanded a bit, 'my' houses are still within a quick reach for me, so I can really be there for you in person if needed. My listings are well-maintained and the occupancy plans are up-to-date. I usually respond to inquiries within a few hours. Personal special requests are accommodated whenever possible.
