Description

This luxurious, detached chalet for up to 10 people features an in-house sauna and stunning mountain views, located just above Viehhofen, at the entrance to Glemmtal, near the Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski resort.

The chalet includes a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and access to a sunny terrace, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and 4 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with an extra-long double bed that can accommodate up to 4 people). It also offers a large carport with an electric charging station, a ski room with boot warmers, a washing machine, a garden, and a wellness lounge with a sauna and separate shower.

The ski bus stop is just below the chalet, providing quick access to the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area with 270 km of slopes and 70 lifts. The ALPIN CARD also covers the Schmittenhöhe and Kitzsteinhorn ski areas, offering 408 km of slopes and 121 lifts across 3 premium regions.

In summer, enjoy hiking, mountain biking, and the nearby downhill course in Leogang. The Käpt’n Hook adventure pool, with 1000 m² of water features, is great for summer fun. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Das ganze Haus ist schön eingerichtet und alle Dinge des täglichen Lebens sind vorhanden, wie Töpfe, Pfannen, ausreichend Geschirr, saubere Geschirrtücher und Handtücher. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken und bei drei der vier Zimmer sogar mit Badezimmerfenster. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war, dass etwas Reinigungsmaterial wie ein Staubsauger, Wischmopp und eine kleine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist. Ein kleines Manko ist jedoch die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft. Diese ist leider nicht geteert und entspricht eher einem festeren Feldweg, was im Winter evtl. zu Problemen führen kann. Im Oktober war es kein Problem die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einem top Haus.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und im Wohnbereich sehr großzügig ausgelegt.
Die ist für 10 Personen jedoch etwas zu klein, dazu ist die Heizkraft des Herdes sehr schwach.
Uns fehlte ein Kaffee-Automat, welchen wir eben einfach selbst mitbrachten...
Trotz den kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, werden wir gerne wieder einmal unseren Urlaub in
diesem Haus verbringen.

Staubsauer war voll, kein Sonnenschutz an den Fenstern, Grill bei Vollbelegung viel zu klein, die Saunatücher die man vor Ort bezahlen sollte waren zwar da, aber leider niemand bei dem man bezahlen soll, wir haben das Geld auf dem Küchentisch hinterlassen, Entfernungsangaben leider sehr optimistisch angegeben, tatsächliche Entfernungen viel weiter. Bäcker zu weit weg. für uns leider kein Ferienziel mehr
