Casa Sibylle is a newly renovated house, not far from the "Marina Rubicon" yacht harbor. From the terrace, you have a view of the Atlantic Ocean and can watch the ferries to and from Fuerteventura. There is a built-in barbecue on the terrace, and in the conservatory, you can comfortably enjoy your grilled meals. The pool is heated in the winter.
The house has internet access. In the living room, there is a large sofa and a separate dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. The 2 bedrooms are far apart from each other, making it ideal
for two couples. There are 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is en suite with a walk-in shower. There is ample parking in front of the house.

The villa is located near the marina, Marina Rubicon, with its promenade that extends over Playa Dorada and the ferry port to Fuerteventura, up to Playa Flamingo. Everything is within walking distance. A shopping center with a supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away.
The drive from the airport takes about 30 minutes by car. After a successful booking, we can provide you with detailed directions to the residential area "El Partidor", Casa 32, Calle Boj 5, 35580 Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.
